In Person Training - 1 on 1
For those that live in the St. Louis area, I offer in person 1 on 1 personal training. These are one hour sessions that can be scheduled as often as the client would like and formatted to the clients specific goals.
In Person Group Training
For those that live in the St. Louis area, I offer in person group training. These are one hour sessions that can be scheduled as often as the client would like and formatted to the clients specific goals.
Online 1 on 1 Personal Training - Workout Package
This package is fully online. It offers customized workouts designed just for your goals. This package starts with an initial 1 on 1 call with me, workouts available via app where you can track your progress, ask me questions and send training videos for my review. You will have a weekly progress form for my review as well as a 1 on 1 call with me every 3 weeks. Shortest package length is 8 weeks.
Online 1 on 1 Personal Training - all in
The all in package. This includes everything from the workout package in addition to a custom nutrition plan based on tracking and logging food daily and following macros for your goals. Shortest package length is 8 weeks.
